Ways we can price a job

An hourly rate
To be most cost effective, we try to block our time into three hour blocks. Every three hours is $180 ($60 per hour) + GST. You will be amazed what we can achieve in this time.
If a job takes shorter than two hours, we will charge a $40 call out fee.

What we recommend is writing down all your maintenance requirements and we will be as efficient as possible.
Would you like a quote?
Do you have a larger or specific job? We are happy to provide a quote for the work being undertaken.
Material collection
Do you want us to provide and pick up the materials for the job? This is no problem. Any material pick ups will be charged from the time we enter the hardware store on your behalf.
The invoice for materials will be given on the day of purchase and full payment is expected on the same day.
PAYMENT
We are a small business and as such we appreciate payment on the day of completion. If the job spans more than one week, we appreciate payment at the end of each week when an invoice is provided.
